Was there this evening with my family member, for dinner. The plates I witnessed being served were amazing. They had cauliflower, mashed potatoes with gravy, ground steak. Dessert was peach cobbler. A beverage of two cartons of milk, coffee, etc. If the residents don't like the plate the staff will get them something else. I go once a week to visit at different times of the day. The staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful, just awesome! I have never smelled a foul odor, never seen unclean bedding. I hug about 15 different residents they never smelled bad. Please go at different times, several times, witness it yourself.😍

Chestnut Ridge did a big turnaround on customer service, and the atmosphere of Chestnut is professional and knowledgeable!!!

We’ve had lots of our people stay here, and the rehabilitation aspect has always been adequate, but the atmosphere was lacking. However, I have changed my tune completely as the staff and facilities have changed in attitude, professionalism, and care.
